Easing the Sunday Scaries

Sunday 28th April 2024

Sheepishly resurfacing after a month hiding from the Sunday Scaries. I went for a long walk this morning and have committed to a month of showing up on social media and saying stuff (it's called the Garbage Post challenge - you have to post 100 times within 30 days) so I thought I would reappear here too. Hope your Sunday's haven't been too scary this month.

Easing the Sunday Scaries 10/3/24 I almost renamed this newsletter this morning. I spent yesterday on the moors, doing a basic map reading and navigation course.
